Caserne Albert (Pavillon Dubreucq)

Je découvris la Caserne, ancien établissement militaire, alors que je ne cherchais rien en particulier. C'est souvent de cette façon que Bruxelles se dévoile un peu. Pas très loin de la Grand-Place, on retrouve ce lieu, simplement là, un passage obscur , en dehors du temps ...

La caserne Albert, à proximité de la rue du Pépin, du Sablon et de l'avenue Louise ...  Oubliée par le temps?
